La Société Sercquaise (Sark Society)
La Société Sercquaise was founded in 1975 to study Sark. It runs study groups in archaeology, botany, geology, history and family history, ornithology, marine biology, language and other subjects, along with projects such as a bat survey and pollinator work. Volunteers staff its free Heritage Room, which opens on weekdays from 11am to 1pm between Easter and the end of September.
