Performance Pilates is a private equipment studio within Beau Sejour. Individual, Duet or Trio sessions are available 7 days a week by arrangement. The Pilates apparatus is a great complement to the workout you may already do in the gym, fitness class, pool or pitch. It was designed to be a universal fitness regimen that could benefit the healthy and the injured, the young and the old, and of course, men and women.
