The Fit Farm Guernsey
The Fit Farm Guernsey offers friendly advice on nutrition, weight control, general wellbeing and everyday fitness concerns and runs various weekly fitness classes at our farm in Torteval. Our Military Bootcamp classes on a Saturday morning are designed to accommodate all levels of fitness and ability with a view to you gradually raising the bar week on week so that you will see a clearly identifiable improvement in your fitness, strength and ability at the end of the course.
